Alternative investments are speculative in nature, often illiquid, and involve a substantial risk of loss of some or all of your principal. Most alternative investments are offered to accredited investors only. For a full description of terms and risks of a particular investment, it is important to consult prospectus or offering memorandum.

Accredited investors, generally speaking, have a net worth exceeding $1 Million, exclusive of their primary residence, either individually or jointly with their spouse. Investors can also be considered accredited if their individual income has exceeded $200,000 a year, or $300,000 jointly with their spouse, for the past 2 years with the expectation that their income will continue at this level or higher next year. There are a few more rare accreditation standards as well, to see if one of these applies to you, please consult your financial advisor.
